Scouting is the world’s largest youth organisation with representation in over 150 different Countries. In Australia there are Scout Groups in almost every city suburb and most towns, providing challenging activities and community support.
The movement provides for mixed membership between the ages of six and twenty-six.
- Joeys 6-8 years
- Cubs 8-11 years
- Scouts 11-15 years
- Venturers 15-18 years
- Rovers 18-26 years
Leaders of the different sections play a crucial role in the development of these youths and often stay involved in the movement for many years.
